Check-In/Check-Out Times:

• • Check-in: 1:00 pm
  • Check-out: 11:00 am
  • Late check-out requires prior approval.
  • Please give adequate notice if you decide to stay longer than originally booked.

Speed Limit:

• The maximum speed limit within the park is 5 mph/kph. A violation fee of $25 after one warning will be added to your charges if you do not follow.
• Drive carefully and be aware of pedestrians and children.

Noise Control:

•  Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 8:00am.
• No loud music, parties, or disturbing noises during quiet hours.
• Keep noise to a minimum when entering or exiting the park.

Visitors:

• • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone we so choose.
  • All visitors must register at the office upon arrival.
  • If you pull into a spot without notifying staff, we will have your RV towed off the premises. 
  • Children under the age of 13 must be accompanied by an adult.

Vehicle Parking:

• • Each site includes parking for one RV and two vehicles.
  • Do not park in empty sites or roadways.

Trash Disposal:

• • Please dispose of trash in the designated dumpsters.
  • Do not leave trash bags outside of your RV or on the ground. We will provide one warning, and then charge a $25 cleaning fee.

Smoking:

• • Smoking is prohibited in common areas and near other RVs.
  • Dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Campfires/Grills:

• • Campfires are not allowed in sites. We do allow coal/grills.
  • Use grills under gazebo responsibly and clean them after use.

Pets:

• • All pets are welcome.
  • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times while outside and under owner supervision. Tie outs are not permitted.
  • Owners must clean up after their pets immediately. We have provided pet stations.
  • No pets allowed in common areas such as restrooms or laundry room.

No firearms/fireworks permitted in the park under any circumstances. 

No soliciting in the park, no banners or signs. 

Golf Carts and Go Carts are not permitted within the park. Mack trucks, or anything larger than a normal vehicle, are not permitted in the park. No washing of vehicles within the park.

Fences are not permitted in the park. 

RVs/Campers must be up to code and the following are not permitted: tarps, loose wiring, busted windows, visible holes, flat tires, torn awnings, etc.

Outside furniture is permitted in your site, we do not allow kitchen/living room furniture or appliances to be left outside.

Please use amenities with respect and notify management if they’re not working properly. 

Clothes Lines are not permitted.

Eastern Pines RV Park does NOT provide insurance covering vehicles, RVs, their properties, or guests. The park is not responsible for falling limbs, trees,  electrical surges, or damage caused by other guests. All guests agree to use this propert at their own risk. Lasso Communities, Eastern Pines RV Park, nor management is responsible for damage, injury, or loss to persons, pets, or properties.
